Family Medicine services are offered to the whole family, enabling them to lead healthier lives. This means that if you choose to, you, your partner, and your children can all receive care from the same primary care provider. 

Services offered may include but are not limited to:

• College Admission Physicals
• Sports Physicals
• General Wellness Exam
• Well-Child Examinations

          Please note we kindly do not offer newborn or infant screenings at this time.

• Employer Physicals/Biometric Screening

Preventive Health Exams

When you are in good health, it is essential to prioritize your well-being instead of waiting until you fall ill. It is beneficial to take full advantage of your benefits since most health plans offer complete coverage for eligible preventive care services by establishing care with a primary care provider. 

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Head-to-Toe Physical Exam
• Annual Physicals
• Laboratory Collection & Testing
• Referrals as necessary

          Screening Referrals, including but not limited to:

• Screening Mammogram
• Colorectal screening
• Bone density screening
• Lung screening
• Education

Screening recommendations are tailored to individual patients with consideration of age and gender-specific guidelines.
